![]() Donna has followed her life's path of uplifting the world's consciousness by providing spirtual education on metaphysical anatomy, and services that encompass Ayurveda, Reiki and Esoteric pathwork. The growing sense of wholeness she felt because of this, led her to becoming a holistic consultant dedicated to world service. Around the same time, she also started reading about Ayurveda, an ancient Indian holistic practice and began incorporating the Ayurvedic knowledge of diet, lifestyle, and yoga into her daily routine. ![]() She began to feel joy again, and experienced deeper, uninterrupted sleep at night. Day by day, she began to see her depression and anxiety lessen. She felt a lightness in her heart and mind. ![]() After receiving Reiki, she soon realized that she felt much better. In 2012, Donna started meditating and received Reiki for her depression and anxiety related to PTSD. And struggled daily with despair and anxiety. ![]() While in the process of transitioning out of the Unites States Navy, where she served as a Hospital Corpsman for 10 years, she was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD ), depression and began to experience a loss of enjoyment of life. She is also is pursuing her second graduate degree at Thomas University, that has a special focus in Clinical Rehabiliation Counseling. Donna is an energy medicine practitioner and an Academic Advisor at Maharishi International University, the home of consciousness-based education. She is certified by Shreedhareeyam Ayurvedic Eye Hospital & Research Centre (P) LTD on Ashtanga Hridaya Sutra Sthana and is licensed through the Professional Wellness Alliance (PWA), a Private Ecclesiastical Member Community.
